I mean, it’s one thing to know that the overwhelming majority of writers for your beloved political satire and comedy shows are white men in their twenties and thirties in hipster glasses, but it’s another thing when they all swarm up to the mike to accept their Emmy, and it looks like the audience at a Brooklyn Hold Steady concert exploded onstage.
